This is primarily a Part-time position.

We are a key player in the Wellness, Healthcare, Customer Service, Administration market, based in Murfreesboro.

Remuneration is $16-$18/Hour (approximately $17.7k/Year).

Receptionist and a cryotherapy technician for a part time position in Cryocure cryotherapy wellness center.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Operating cryotherapy treatments
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

Requirements:

• Friendly personality, good communicative and social skills
• Preferred experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
