Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement education programs for Certified Nursing Assistants
- Create a lesson plan for the Nurse Aide Training Program that includes classroom and clinical training combined for at least 100 hours duration
- Teach the Nurse Aide Certification course
- Coordinate students’ clinical and classroom experiences within the facility
- Complete each nurse aide trainee’s performance record of major duties and skills learned and demonstrated
- Conduct interviews with applicants for the Nurse Aide Training Program
- Schedule class dates and times
- Facilitate Clinical Skills Evaluator/Nurse Aide Evaluator nurse aide competency evaluations
