We have an immediate need for a part-time individual in North Richland Hills at Costco to fill the role of Pharmacy Tech Phone Agent!

You'll be working from our Costco office in North Richland Hills, TX for this Part-time position.

Job Description:

Assists mail order pharmacies by answering phone calls from mail order customers. Calls include but not limited to general inquiries of using mail order, setting up a web account, prescription requests, and tracking orders. Assists the pharmacies by answering customer emails and web chats. Updates patient records on multiple systems.
