We are a key player in the Retail, Wholesale, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Customer Service market, based in Warner Robins.

This position requires a strong skillset in relevant areas and a proactive approach.

Based on your experience, the salary for this part-time role is $22-$31/Hour (approximately $28k/Year).

Job Description:

Assists mail order pharmacies by answering phone calls from mail order customers. Calls include but not limited to general inquiries of using mail order, setting up a web account, prescription requests, and tracking orders. Assists the pharmacies by answering customer emails and web chats. Updates patient records on multiple systems.
