We have an immediate need for a full-time individual in Buckeye at Costco to fill the role of Pharmacy Tech Phone Agent!

This Full-time role is based in our vibrant Buckeye, AZ office.

Job Description:

Assists mail order pharmacies by answering phone calls from mail order customers. Calls include but not limited to general inquiries of using mail order, setting up a web account, prescription requests, and tracking orders. Assists the pharmacies by answering customer emails and web chats. Updates patient records on multiple systems.
